Most appreciated services by ecotourism hotels according to Italians 2024

A 2024 survey asked Italians about the most appreciated services offered by ecotourism hotels. Overall, the availability of menus with organic or local food was the preferred service, mentioned by 39 percent of respondents. Meanwhile, 21 percent of the sample appreciated hotels that offered zero-waste, plastic free, and recycling services.
