Perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) is a persistent organic pollutant which has been widely detected in the environment. In this study, male transgenic zebrafish were used to investigate the effect of PFOS exposure in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) development. The male krasV12 transgenic zebrafish were exposed to 20 mg L-1 DOX, 500 ug L-1 PFOS or combined 20 mg L-1 DOX and 500 ugL-1 PFOS for 10 d.
