Replication data for: An explainable GeoAI approach for the multimodal analysis of urban human dynamics

This repository contains the aggregated replication time series data for the study "An explainable GeoAI approach for the multimodal analysis of urban human dynamics: a case study for the COVID-19 pandemic in Rio de Janeiro", published in Computational Urban Science. The two attached datasets represent (1) incoming, outgoing and internal mobility based on mobile phone data, (2) semantic posting activity on Twitter, and (3) emotional posting activity on Twitter - aggregated at health area scale and city scale.
