Complete list of 81 CTSZ SNPs present in Ugandan household contact study cohorts and their associations with TB severity.

TB severity was evaluated by Bandim TBScore. Summary statistics for the CTSZ variants shown are based on a meta-analysis of two independent cohorts of culture-confirmed adult TB cases (described in McHenry and colleagues, 2023 [61]). Each cohort utilized a linear regression model that controlled for HIV status, sex, and one principal component. Unadjusted p-values are reported.
