Gene expression profile at single cell level of cells from the heart region of E9.5 mouse embryos (P0) and the cultured cells from P0 in vitro (P6).

Cardiopulmonary progenitors (CPPs) are a population of cells that still in study. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of cells isolated from in the mouse embryo heart, and CPPs we cultured in vitro. Overall design: The cells isolated from E9.5 mouse embryos and cultured in vitro are analyzed using scRNAseq.
