资源简介:
Planorbella trivolvis has a strong adaptability to food and usually feed on water grasses and algae with a high fiber content, which allows them to cross the ocean to China by Ornamental fish trade. There are few studies on the intestinal flora of freshwater snails. The variation of intestinal flora from herbivorous feed (HV) with high cellulose to non herbivorous feed (NHV) with low cellulose was analyzed by Illumina sequencing.Changes of gut flora were observed with the dominant of Proteobacteria, Bacteoidetes and Actinobacteria in HV snails to the dominant of Proteobacteria in NHV snails. At genus level, the high abundance of Cloacibacteria (24.60%), Pseudomonas (4.47%), OM6ON (6.12%), and Rhodobacter (5.79%) in HV snails shifted to Aeromonas (85.4%) in NHV snails.
