To examine the transcriptome alterlation caused by ZIC5 knockdown in pancreatic cancer, we performed RNA-Seq analysis. Overall design: Human pancreatic cancer cell line, PANC-1, was transfected with siRNA for ZIC5 or negative control siRNA. After 48h, total RNA was extracted and RNA-Seq analysis was performed.
