RNA Sequencing of Mycobacterium dioxanotrophicus PH-06

Mycobacterium dioxanotrophicus PH-06 can degrade 1,4-dioxane (dioxane), which is a groundwater contaminant of emerging concern. In order to find the genes involved in dioxane degradation.
