Data and R scripts for 'The amount of reachable habitat determines population fate' (Argote et al., 2025)

This Zenodo repository contains all datasets and R scripts used in the article "The amount of reachable habitat determines population fate" (Argote et al., 2025, Ecography). Files include: Datasets: main and supplementary CSV files, plus R objects with landscape and trajectory data. R scripts: analyses for the main article and supplementary materials. All scripts assume datasets are in the same folder and can be run in R to fully reproduce the results from the article. License: CC-BY 4.0
