Differential gene expression in 4T1 mouse mammary tumour cells isolated from primary tumour or metastatic sites. Overall design: Balb/c mice were inoculated orthotopically with 4T1 mouse mammary tumour cells. The 4T1 subclones were isolated from primary tumours, brains and lungs and cultured for 3-4 passages and subjected to gene expression profiling using Illumina platform.
