Carrier licences

Under section 84 of the _Telecommunications Act 1997_, the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is required to maintain a register which includes:\r\n\r\n* all nominated carrier declarations currently in force\r\n* all carrier licences currently in force and\r\n* all conditions of such licences.\r\n\r\nThe register document can be found on the [ACMA's website here](https://www.acma.gov.au/register-carrier-licences-and-nominated-carrier-declarations) and links each nominated carrier declaration and carrier licence to data.gov.au.
