The variables include:Demographic data (e.g., sex, grade)Self-regulation measures (emotional, behavioral, and cognitive regulation)School stress indicators (academic, peer, and teacher-related stress)School well-being scales (joy of learning, academic efficacy, relationships with teachers and peers)MethodologyThis dataset was collected as part of a study examining the role of self-regulation as a mediator and moderator in the relationship between school stress and student well-being. The data enable a multilevel analysis of how stress on individual and classroom levels is associated with student well-being.
