Blast lung injury (BLI) is the most common damage resulted from explosion-derived shock wave in the situations such as military, terrorism or industrial accidents. However, exploring the possible mechanism of BLI caused by shock waves is difficult and it requires novel techniques. In this study, BLI models of goat had been established in an actual combat environment. RNA-seq analysis was applied to identify the different expression genes.
