Unit-level coding data: framing of the conscription crisis in four Israeli Haredi dailies, June 2024 to September 2026

Unit-level coding file (CSV, 1,126 units) from a content analysis of four Israeli Haredi dailies, Yated Ne'eman, HaModia, HaMevaser and Shaharit, during the conscription crisis of June 2024 to September 2026. Each row is one coded unit, with the paper, the issue date, the event cluster (control weeks are marked "control"), the location in the issue, the item type, the primary, secondary and audience codes, and the marking of HaMevaser's standing front-page box. The codebook, the decision rules, the sampling clusters and the reliability checks are given in the supplementary material of the associated article, from which every figure in the article can be reproduced with this file. The file is UTF-8 with a byte-order mark; the short location notes are in Hebrew.
