Time-dependent RNA transcriptional profiling of abomasal fundic and pyloric mucosa in cattle infected with Ostertagia ostertagi

We infected Holstein calves with the brown stomach worm, Ostertagia ostertagi L3, and determined gene expression profiles of abomasal fundic and pyloric mucosa by RNA-seq at 3-5, 7-9, 10, and 21 days post-infection (dpi). Uninfected calves (0 dpi) were used as controls.

本研究将荷斯坦牛犊感染棕色胃线虫Ostertagia ostertagi L3幼虫，并于感染后3-5天、7-9天、10天及21天，通过RNA测序技术测定瘤胃皱褶部及幽门黏膜的基因表达谱。未感染牛犊（0 dpi）作为对照组使用。
