refine.bio is a standardized transcriptomic data resource repository that aggregates genome-wide gene expression data from public sources including GEO, ArrayExpress and SRA. This database adopts a standardized workflow designed by the Children's Cancer Data Lab (CCDL) to uniformly process and normalize all datasets. Researchers can construct and download customized datasets including gene expression matrices and sample metadata. Data from refine.bio can be used for preliminary assessment of biological signals and accelerating the validation of research findings.
