Structure and quenching of a bundle-shaped phycobilisome, TRES dataset

The four uploaded datasets correspond to 3D time-resolved emission spectra collected for the four samples as follows: 1. G. violaceus PBS in the absence of OCP2. G. violaceus PBS in the presence of 2x saturating concentration of GviOCP3a_alpha3. G. violaceus PBS in the presence of 2x saturating concentration of GviOCP3a_beta4. G. violaceus PBS in the presence of 1x saturating concentration of GviOCP3a_alpha AND 1x saturating concentration of GviOCP3a_beta The data were collected in the range of wavelengths from 500 to 749.5 nm (0.5 nm step); timescale corresponds to 12.5 ns and 4096 points. The experiment was devoted to the analysis of the effect of OCP proteins encoded in G. violaceus on the fluorescence of the phycobilisome isolated from this organism.
