Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the most aggressive cancers, known for its poor survival outcomes.The KRASWT/G12D/TP53WT/R172H/Pdx1-Cre+/+ mouse (KPC) model is a murine model of PDAC. The dataset associated with this BioProject contains sequencing data from the bacterial component of the fecal microbiota of KPC and wild type animals.
