This EXPORTS North Atlantic UVP dataset is in matlab and netcdf formats. It is associated with Dynamics of Aggregates and Sinking Carbon Fluxes in a Turbulent Ocean, https://doi.org/10.31223/X58709Data consists of particle size distribution (psd) profiles from the three ship that were intercalibrated and merged, ordered by time. The profiles were standardized to 500m (padded with NaNs if the maximum depth was less than 500m and truncated if deeper than 500m).The psd relative uncertainty and the biovolume are also included. Each cast has associated location (time, lat, lon) and info to specify the ship, cast number, and distance to the estimated eddy center (r2ec).The folder “examples” contains matlab scripts demonstrating some data usage.<br><br>
