We report the results of an RNA-seq analysis conducted as part of an experiment investigating the effects of the phthalate, mono-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (MEHP), and all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) on cultured fetal mouse testes. The goal of the study was to determine whether fetal testis toxicity of MEHP is partially driven by disruption of retinoic acid signaling. Samples are mouse fetal testes isolated on gestational day (GD) 14 and cultured for 24 hours. Samples were treated in tissue culture in one of four media treatment groups: vehicle (1:4000 DMSO), MEHP (1E-4 M), ATRA (1E-6 M), and MEHP + ATRA (co-exposure, 1E-4 M MEHP + 1E-6 M ATRA).
