在规定充电、放电制度下,分析HJ13L摩托车启动电池的放电电压衰减情况、在启动放电下的温控性能以及对应参数的变化率,用于评估该类型电池在长时间内频繁启动情况下的性能衰减情况、电池性能稳定性分析以及电池使用寿命预测。1.数据来源 在规定的充放电制度下,循环记录36000次的65A放电2s的电压,和电池内部的温度。 2.数据处理 2.1实时预警 基于启动电池放电2S电压和电池内部温度性能要求,通过设置监测阈值并实现智能预警,当循环至放电电压<8.0V结束循环,或者当循环至电池内部温度>40℃结束循环; 2.2性能衰减变化率 采用以下公式计算性能衰减变化率: (1)放电电压变化率=(放电终止电压-放电结束电压)/放电终止电压; (2)电池内部温度变化率=(电池终止温度-电池内部温度)/电池终止温度; 当测试结束时,若循环记录36000次中均没有预警,则放电终止电压和电池终止温度取36000次的数据,若循环过程中进行预警,则采用预警时的数据作为放电终止电压和电池终止温度 3.数据应用 通过分析摩托车起动电池的启动放电电压衰减情况、在启动放电下的温控性能以及对应参数的变化率,用于评估该类型电池在长时间循环放电情况下的性能衰减情况、电池性能稳定性分析以及电池使用寿命预测。

Under the specified charging and discharging regime, this study analyzes the discharge voltage decay, temperature control performance under starting discharge, and change rates of corresponding parameters of the HJ13L motorcycle starting battery, aiming to evaluate the performance decay, analyze performance stability, and predict the service life of this type of battery under frequent long-term starting conditions. 1. Data Source Under the specified charging and discharging regime, the voltage of 65A discharge for 2 seconds and the internal temperature of the battery are cyclically recorded for 36000 cycles. 2. Data Processing 2.1 Real-time Early Warning Based on the performance requirements for the 2-second discharge voltage and internal temperature of the starting battery, monitoring thresholds are set to enable intelligent early warning. The cyclic test will be terminated when the discharge voltage drops below 8.0V or the internal battery temperature exceeds 40℃ during the cycle. 2.2 Performance Decay Change Rate The performance decay change rate is calculated using the following formulas: (1) Discharge voltage change rate = (Discharge termination voltage - Discharge end voltage) / Discharge termination voltage; (2) Internal battery temperature change rate = (Battery termination temperature - Internal battery temperature) / Battery termination temperature; When the test concludes: if no early warning is triggered throughout the 36000 cycles, the data from the 36000th cycle will be used as the discharge termination voltage and battery termination temperature; if an early warning is triggered during the cycle, the data at the moment of early warning will be taken as the discharge termination voltage and battery termination temperature. 3. Data Application By analyzing the start-up discharge voltage decay, temperature control performance under start-up discharge, and change rates of corresponding parameters of motorcycle starting batteries, this study aims to evaluate the performance decay of this type of battery under long-term cyclic discharge conditions, analyze battery performance stability, and predict battery service life.
