eiras2x2

The eiras2x2 package is a collection of assorted functions designed to deal with 2x2 tables (dichotomous variables). Please feel free to reach out if you encounter any bugs or have suggestions for improvements. In this first version, the package provides specialized methods for plotting and printing diagnostic assessment metrics, including sensitivity, specificity, Youden index, and predictive values. It is planned to include more tools tailored for analyzing data through 2x2 contingency tables, including a comprehensive suite of functions for calculating key measures, such as odds ratios, relative risks, and various agreement and association coefficients, along with their inferential statistics and graphical representations.
