BeanCounter是一个面向商业领域的大型开放数据集，包含来自美国证券交易委员会（SEC）电子数据收集和检索系统（EDGAR）的财务披露文本。该数据集经过清洗和去重处理，包含四个不同的配置：清洗后的文本、最终文本（清洗并去重）、欺诈相关文本和按年份分层随机抽样的文本。数据集共有16,486,145个文档，来源于超过16,000个实体，文档内容的时间跨度从1996年到2023年。
BeanCounter is a large-scale open dataset of business-oriented text, containing financial disclosure texts from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commissions (SEC) Electronic Data Gathering and Retrieval (EDGAR) system. The dataset has undergone cleaning and deduplication, and includes four configurations: cleaned text, final text (cleaned and deduplicated), fraud-related text, and text randomly sampled by year. There are a total of 16,486,145 documents from over 16,000 entities, with document content spanning from 1996 to 2023.
