Our study revealed the slight but significant shifts in the striatal expression profile related to TAAR5 depletion. We have found, that TAAR5-KO mice are characterised by activation of transcription and post-transcriptional mRNA modification processes in striatum and suppression of the expression of genes involved in cell differentiation, especially in gliogenesis, and Ras signal transduction. Overall design: We perform RNA sequencing analysis of striatum of TAAR5-KO and WT mice (n = 6 for each group)
