Code from: Rapid establishment of waterbird prey populations in newly created wetlands

This data details the R code and figures for the manuscript under the preliminairy title: Rapid establishment of waterbird prey populations in newly created wetlands. This manuscript is to be submitted to Restoration Ecology for their call for papers titled: Cultivating the Living Laboratory Concept through Wetland Restoration. The dataset contains all the code in an R markdown (.Rmd) file and the compiled HTML version of the code as well as two seperate R code files for helper functions. In addition the repository contains high resolution files of all the figures for the manuscript. The data files for macroinvertebrate abundances and biomasses as well as bird counts are added as .csv files. Once the article is published it can be found here: doi.org/10.1111/rec.70435
