Water temperature, salinity, oxygen, currents and others taken by CTD, Niskin bottles, and ADCP from the research vessel Keifu Maru, cruise 15-06, in the North Pacific Ocean from 2015-08-08 to 2015-08-10 (NCEI Accession 0220667)

This dataset contains water temperature, salinity, oxygen, currents and other data taken by CTD, Niskin bottles, and ADCP from the research vessel Keifu Maru, cruise KS15-06, in the North Pacific Ocean. The entire cruise was carried out during the period from June to August, 2015. Hydrographic observation was made using a Sea-Bird Electronics (SBE) 36 position carousel equipped with 10-liter Niskin water sample bottles, a CTD system (SBE911plus) equipped with JFE Advantech oxygen sensor (RINKO III) along 165E. Water samples were analyzed for salinity, dissolved oxygen, nutrients, pH and phytopigment (chlorophyll-a and phaeopigments). Current data was measured by Teledyne RDI's vessel-mounted ADCP system (38kHz Ocean Surveyor).
