Impetus for Change

This dataset stems from the Impetus4Change (I4C) Horizon Europe project, which aims to improve the quality, accessibility, and use of climate information and services at local and regional levels. It consists of survey responses from ICLEI Europe members. The survey examines how these members receive, create, share, and exchange information on climate adaptation through their engagement with ICLEI Europe. Key themes include the types, formats, and frequency of information flows; perceptions of credibility and usefulness; and barriers to effective knowledge use. The data offer valuable insights into how ICLEI’s services support adaptation planning, how members provide information back to ICLEI, and how they exchange knowledge with other organisations. This dataset can inform strategies to strengthen climate information systems and foster more effective collaborative adaptation networks across governance levels.
