We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the different immune cell populations present in atheromatous plaques of mice fed an atherogenic diet with or without CHIP mutations CD45.1 or CD45.2 immune cells were sorted from atheromas before scRNAseq was performed. There is a 30 week cohort and a 24 week cohort, and for each timepoint we have WT, Dnmt3a KO, and Tet2 KO cells
