This table gives a 12-pair set of effective oscillator strengths <br>upper row, and transition energies in atomic units, lower row, for perpendicular transitions<br>in the hydrogen molecular ion. For each value of <em>R</em>, the oscillator strength<br>sum is given in the last column.<br>Numbers in parentheses represent powers of ten. The table is similar to Table 2 of <em>Effective oscillator strengths</em> <em>and transition energies for the hydrogen molecular ion</em>,<br>James F. Babb, Molecular Physics (1994), <strong>81,</strong> 17--29,<br>http://dx.doi.org/10.1080/00268979400100021,<br>where 6-pair values were given.
