We analyzed the virome of twenty M. fimbriatus individuals captured from the same cave in Yunnan Province during 2020. In our study, the viromes were obtained with a targeted molecular approach and next-generation sequencing. The virome of M. fimbriatus revealed the presence, prevalence, and abundance of emerging virus families.
