This dataset is a dataset of the simulation and test results of a frequency synthesizer with a fifth-order RLC loop filter, including output signal phase noise, spur suppression, and loop capture time. This data is obtained based on the phase-locked frequency synthesis approach. This dataset can be used for the description of low phase noise frequency synthesizer's research.
