A.H. 1005) System of Medicine, entitled تذكرة اولى الالباب و الجامع للعجب العجاب . See Ḥ. Kh. ii. 260; Casiri, i. 274; Cat. Bodl. Ii. 157; Cat. Lugd. iii. 270; Cat. Mus. Brit. 459; etc. This MS. contains the first three chapters of the work. Plainly written by two hands, but incorrect. Many emendations by a different hand in the earlier portion.
