Groupers are found in the tropical and warm waters in the Eastern Atlantic Ocean and in the Mediterranean Sea; they are commonly known as groupers and belong to the subfamily Epinephelinae which include 159 species in 15 genera. Among, kelp grouper Epinephelus bruneus is one the importance species was culture in Korean recently. Large scale production under crowded condition has been affected many bacterial and viral diseases leading to significant economic loss. Therefore cDNA library is useful for disease management and pathway of immune response.
