Data used in: Tracing the film structure of an organic semiconductor with photoemission orbital tomography

All data were recorded using the FOCUS ProNanoESCA V2.21.134 software. The "Data Cubes" folder contains all the experimental data except for that used in Fig. 9:For Tab.1 : 1ML, 2ML, 4ML, and 8ML.For Fig. 2,4, and 5: 4ML.For Fig. 7: Cu(110)-p(2x1)O, 1ML, 2ML, 4ML, and 8ML. The "Accumulated Data" folder contains the individual images and the averaged .TIF-files (used for the analysis shown in Fig.9) for different coverages (2, 4, and 8 ML). The "MCP" folder contains the images used to correct for the inhomogeneities of the detector gain for the measurement of each coverage.
