Replication Data for: Diversity of bryophytes in the Mirador State Park and floristic similarity among conservation units in the Brazilian Cerrado in Maranhão

In order to analyze the similarity of species richness among the conservation units in the Cerrado of Maranhão, published data on the bryophyte flora were compiled (Table 1). Based on these data, a binary matrix of species presence (1) and absence (0) was created. Hierarchical cluster analysis was performed using the “eclust” function of the factoextra package in R software.
