Maternal inulin treatment may moderate the metabolism in offspring. Hypothalamic tissue from maternal inulin treatment has CpG sites that exhibit differential DNA methylationregulated compared to maternal obesity. We performed DNA methylation array analyses of offspring hypothalamic tissue from inulin treatment dams and obesity dams (n=3 per group).
