TFEB activation induces transcription of metabolic genes and chromatin remodeling.

TFEB is activated in early inflammatory macrophages. We therefore aimed to understand the consequences of enhanced TFEB activity on murine bone marrow-derived macrophages through RNA and ATAC Sequencing . Transcriptomes of resting and LPS/IFNg-stimulated BMDMs that were transduced with pBMN-TFEB-GFP plasmid (TFEB overexpression) or pBMN-GFP (control) were generated in triplicates. ATAC-Sequencing was performed on resting BMDMs that were transduced with pBMN-TFEB-GFP plasmid (TFEB overexpression) or pBMN-GFP (control) in duplicates. Sequences were generated with Illumina sequencing.
