Transcriptional profiling analysis of C.albicans sin3 null mutant

Whole genome microarray were used to generated the transcriptional profile of Candida albicans sin3 null mutant vs. isogenic strain CAI4 Comparisons of expression profiles of sin3 mutant and isogenic wild-type were performed in exponential growth at 28ºC (grown in yeast form) and under hyphae-inducing conditions at 37ºC for 15, 60 and 180 min. Four replicates were performed, corresponding to 2 biological independent replicates (Rep1 and Rep 3, Rep 2 and Rep 4) and two dye swap experiments for each one (Rep 1 and Rep 2, Rep 3 and Rep 4).
