资源简介:
The Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC) is the primary ocean circulation system in the modern ocean. The main deep water masses that conform the AMOC, North Atlantic Deep Water (NADW) and Antarctic Bottom Water (AABW), undergo substantial reorganization at glacial-interglacial timescales. ODP Site 1063 (33.41ºN, 57.36ºW, 4584 m) in the deep Bermuda Rise, is located in the mixing zone between NADW and AABW, which makes it ideal to record changes in these water masses through time. We report neodymium isotopes of Fe-Mn encrusted foraminifera and fish debris from ODP Site 1063 extending from ~0.25 to ~1 Ma (Marine Isotope Stage 8 to 29).
