Effect of cryopreservation method on bovine cumulus cells viability and DNA fragmentation

This dataset has been presented in our paper "New Approach to the Cryopreservation of GV Oocytes andCumulus Cells through the Lens of Preserving the IntercellularGap Junctions Based on the Bovine Model" The dataset represent the data of bovine cumulus cell suspension viability and DNA fragmentation after cryopreservation by vitrification, slow freezing in microdrops and slow freezing in micro straws.
