Ghrelin promotes cardiomyocyte differentiation of adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells by DDX17-mediated regulation of the SFRP4/Wnt/ß-catenin axis

To investigate the genes that regulated by ghrelin in the cardiomyocyte differentiation of ADMSCs, we cultured cells for RNA-Sequencing. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for induction medium treated ADMSCs with or without ghrelin addition.
