The effectiveness of table tennis intervention on the executive function in elementary school students

In this study, table tennis training was chosen as the exercise intervention to investigate the effects of table tennis sports intervention on executive functions of elementary school students. It can significantly mobilize participants' attention and emergency response, which may improve the unbalanced development of excitation and inhibition of neural processes and inattention in children.
