We investigated the Ktedonobacteria community in the forest soils and quartz rock near geysers in Cisolok geothermal area, West Java, Indonesia. Analysis of bacterial composition and diversity was performed based on the V1-V3 of 16S rRNA gene metabarcoding by using Illumina Mi-Seq Next Generation Sequencing.
