Research data of nanoparticle racking analysis (NTA), electrophoretic light scattering (ELS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and flow cytometry used for characteristics of extracellular vesicles isolated from follicular fluid of porcine ovarian follicles following vitamin D3, insulin or vitamin D3 and insulin treatment. This results were completed within one task of the National Science Center-financed project no. 2019/35/O/NZ9/02678 entitled "Proteomic basis of vitamin D3 and insulin interactions within ovarian follicle - in vitro study on a pig model".
