Sequencing of Mal gene knockout and overexpression in 4T1 cells

Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related death in women, and approximately 90% of breast cancer patients die of complications caused by tumor metastasis. Identifying key molecules involved in the process of breast cancer metastasis will increase the accuracy of the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Theoretically, if the expression of a molecule continues to increase or decrease during the process of metastasis, it may be a key gene affecting breast cancer metastasis.Our previous study found that, the MAL gene may be an oncogene, so we constructed 4T1 cells with MAL knockdown and overexpression and sequenced the transcriptome.
