Dataset for "Using a Smartphone App to Assess and Support Transfer of Training of Leadership Skills - a Feasibility Study"

Study on managers participating in a leadership training program. Data collected by 3 smartphone app packages. One package uses twice-weekly (Tuesdays and Thursdays) skill use checklists and single-item questions about work stress, workload, work enjoyment and work meaningfulness. In a separate file you find the weekly (Fridays) assessments of participants perception of the app as supportive in learning skills from training, and their preference of more or fewer app notifications. The other 2 packages each support a specific skill over separate 4 week periods with twice-weekly (Mondays and Wednesdays) skill component checklists. Data from both packages are in the same file. Variables are described in a separate sheet in each excel file. Ethics approval was sought and received from the Norwegian Center for Research data (NSD) reference 252044, and Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics (REK), reference 2019/98.
