Ukraine - Monitoring of the Shelter Programme 2019

The monitoring of 2019 shelter confirms the main findings of the previous years: the repair of houses damaged by conflict-related incidents continue to be highly appreciated by recipients (91 per cent of respondents) and executed with good quality (almost 100 per cent of cases).In only one case out of 433 the repair works were deemed by the monitoring team as being not in accordance with the locally accepted standards and good construction practices. For comparison, there were seven such cases (less than 2 per cent) in 2018 and none in 2017.
