Gene expession profiles of p16high and p16low adipocyte progenitor cells of gonadal adipose tissue in the cancer cachexia mouse model

We used bulk RNA-seq analysis to investigate the gene expression patterns of p16high adipocyte progenitor cells compared with p16low adipocyte progenitor cells in the gonadal adipose tissue of tumor bearing mice. Overall design: We examined the p16CreERT2-tdTomato mice combined with allograft model of PDAC to study the function of p16high adipocyte cells of gonadal adipose tissue in the cancer cachexia mouse model. The tdTomato-positive and negative adipocyte progenitor cells were collected through FACS and processed for library preparation.
