Single-cell RNA-sequencing of cortical GABAergic interneurons to characterize their transcriptional profiles at several timepoints across development - from their origins in the ganglionic eminences, upon migration to the cortex, settling in cortical laminae, and through maturation. scRNA-seq libraries generated from E13 MGE, E14 CGE, P2 Dlx6a+ Cortex, P10 Dlx6a+ Cortex, P28 Dlx6a+ Cortex
本数据集针对大脑皮层γ-氨基丁酸能中间神经元(cortical GABAergic interneurons)开展单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA-sequencing),以解析其发育进程中多个时间节点的转录组特征,覆盖其从神经节隆起(ganglionic eminences)起源、向大脑皮层迁移、定居于皮层板层(cortical laminae)直至最终成熟的全阶段。本次构建的单细胞RNA测序文库分别取材于胚胎第13天的内侧神经节隆起(Medial Ganglionic Eminence, MGE)、胚胎第14天的尾侧神经节隆起(Caudal Ganglionic Eminence, CGE),以及出生后第2天(P2)、第10天(P10)、第28天(P28)的Dlx6a阳性皮层组织。
