Transcriptomic analysis of HSF1 knockout cardiomyocytes

Transcriptomic analysis revealed differences in gene expression between control and HSF1 knockout cells, revealing how HSF1 gene regulation may be altered when knocked out. Overall design: We performed differentiations based on a 3D hPSC-cardiomyocyte (CM) differentiation protocol using control and three HSF1 knockout clones to determine the transcriptomic impacts of a HSF1 loss of function.
